The city that touches the sky is an apt description. Located at 3640 meters above sea level, La Paz sits in a bowl surrounded by the high altiplano. La Paz lies nestled at the bottom of a canyon, with huge Illimani Mountain looking on and is a buzzing place of street markets, museums, eco-tourist friendly surroundings, and the world’s most dangerous road.
La Paz is a vibrant city, growing and expanding in all directions. La Paz has a population of more than a million inhabitants; it is the largest city and the legislative capital of Bolivia.
There are also the various government and presidential palaces and San Pedro Prison to look at, while kids have the aquarium and the playground up at the Mirador. El Prado is the heart of La Paz, where all the shopping, restaurants, and actions kick-off, while the Malecon promenade is great for strolling and also has lots of eateries.

After breakfast, your guide will pick you up from your hotel and will transfer you to the Cable Car Station. You will take the Cable Car, which has probably the best views of the central and northern side of La Paz City, following by an interesting walk along local streets and colorful markets. You will visit different galleries of Bolivian Traditional customs and get to know a bit more about the typical lady of the highlands, ‘Chola’, in their different daily activities. You will continue to the main square of La Paz to try a delicious Bolivian Empanadas called ‘Salteña’ and a delicious Bolivian hot juice. The tour ends dropping you off at your hotel, or please request your guide to leave you at the center if you want to stroll around on your own.

During its greatest times, the capital of Tiwanaku was the largest in the world and considered to be the Cradle of all-American Civilizations. The most recent radiocarbon 14 tests show that these edifications date back to 1580 B.C. Private transfer from your hotel to the airport to take your flight towards Uyuni. You will depart from Uyuni at 10.30 am in 4×4 vehicles. Your trip starts with the train cemetery visit, where you’ll find 19th-century locomotives, and the Colchani village, to see salt handicrafts and small factories where salt is processed. You’ll continue towards the salar, where you’ll find salt piles, waterholes, and the old Salt Hotel (Hotel de Sal). The next stop will be the Incahuasi Island where you’ll do a short hike to see the giant cactus and spectacular viewpoints to the salt flats, then you’ll continue towards San Juan village where you will spend the night.

Early in the morning, you will depart to Laguna Colorada. where the famous James’ Flamingos, unique to its species in the world, will be appreciated, as well as the change of tones in the Laguna until it reaches its Red color, from where its name comes. Then you will go to Laguna Verde and on the way you are going to see the Sol de Mañana Geysers, this is a site of intense volcanic activity, The Chalviri thermal waters and the Dali’s Valley. Hidden up in the Andes at 4,300 meters above sea-level and surrounded by towering snow-capped peaks, El Tatio is like nowhere else on earth. The geysers are most striking around daybreak when temperatures hover around the sub-zero mark, so you’ll leave San Pedro de Atacama before dawn to get the best views of the hydro-activity. Located in central Chile, backed by the Andes to the east the city was founded in 1541 in the fertile valley in which it sits. After settling in your hotel, you´ll have the remainder of the day to explore at leisure.
Santiago is Chile’s cultural, commercial, industrial, and political center. A cosmopolitan city, with ample restaurants, bars, hotels, and shopping, from tiny boutique and craft fairs to giant shopping malls.
